    Who we are?

District 403 was established in 1957. It included 1968 clubs Francophone countries of the West African and Central African and those of the islands of the Indian Ocean.
Due to the growing number of clubs, their geographical distributions and problems arising for the Governors, the District was split in two in 1981: 403A and 403B. In 2013, the various Districts were again divided into two each: 403A1, 403A2, 403B1, 403B2 forming the Multiple District 403.
Multiple District 403 brings together twenty-eight (28) countries of Africa with about 8970 members and 353 clubs
